Flash Express Malaysia: what happened

Flash Express (MY), the Malaysian operation of Thailand-origin logistics company Flash Express, decided to cease its market operations in Malaysia after an evaluation of market conditions, according to an official notice relayed via EasyParcel and reported by Malaysian media. Key dates:

  • 24 December 2025: Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders halted.
  • 15 January 2026: no new shipment orders accepted from this date onwards.
  • All shipment orders created on or before 15 January 2026 were to be fully handled and delivered as committed.

The official website (flashexpress.my) is no longer reachable.

Tracking a legacy Flash Express MY shipment

  1. Find the tracking number supplied by the sender (not the marketplace order number). Flash Express MY tracking numbers follow a pattern like FEX followed by digits.
  2. Copy the number into the tracking box above. Remove any spaces added when copying it.
  3. Select Track and review any available status, scan dates and locations.
  4. If no result appears, the shipment record may no longer be active — contact the sender or the seller/marketplace for help, including refunds or redelivery through another courier.

Tracking not working or parcel not received?

No tracking result: Given the ceased operation, tracking records for old shipments may no longer be maintained. Confirm the tracking number with the sender, then pursue the matter through the seller or marketplace dispute process.

Undelivered parcel from before the shutdown: Contact the seller — they are responsible for arranging delivery or a refund. Marketplaces such as Shopee and Lazada have buyer-protection and dispute processes.
