Evri Tracking

Track Your Evri Parcel

Track your Evri shipment with the 17Track-powered tracking widget on this page: enter your Evri tracking number to see the latest available shipment events. Evri is the United Kingdom’s biggest dedicated parcel delivery company, formerly Hermes UK — rebranded to Evri in March 2022. It delivers parcels across the UK and to more than 220 international destinations through its courier network, 10,000+ ParcelShops and Lockers, and Post Office branches. This guide covers how Evri tracking works, where to find your tracking number, which services and delivery times apply, and how to contact Evri. couriertracking.com.pk is an independent tracking-information website, separate from the courier company.

How to Track Evri

Track your Evri shipment using the 17Track-powered tracking widget on this page:

  1. Find your Evri tracking number — check the retailer dispatch email, Evri notification, drop-off receipt, or printed label.
  2. Type the number exactly as shown into the 17Track-powered tracking widget on this page.
  3. Check the results for the latest recorded shipment event and status.

You can also track through Evri’s official tracking page at evri.com/track-a-parcel, or in the Evri app for iOS and Android.

Evri Tracking Number

Evri’s official tracking page describes a 16-character parcel tracking code. A separate 8-digit calling card number appears on delivery-attempt cards. Copy the exact tracking number from the shipment record — do not guess it, and do not substitute a retailer order number. For returns, track with the 16-character code or the Print In ParcelShop label number.

Evri Tracking Status Meanings

Evri does not publish an official tracking-status glossary. The common courier tracking terms below carry general industry meanings — they are not statuses confirmed to be used by Evri specifically.

  • We’re expecting your parcel — Evri has received shipment data; the first physical scan may not have happened yet.
  • We’ve got your parcel — Evri has scanned the parcel into its network or at a collection point.
  • On its way — the parcel is moving between Evri facilities, hubs, depots, or a partner leg.
  • At your local depot — the parcel has reached the delivery-area depot and is being prepared for final delivery.
  • Out for delivery — an Evri courier is expected to attempt delivery during the shown delivery window.
  • Delivered — Evri recorded a delivery scan, often with delivery evidence where available.
  • Ready to collect — the parcel is available at a ParcelShop, locker, or other collection point.
  • Exception — a delivery or transport problem needs attention from the sender or recipient.

About Evri

Evri launched in March 2022 following a rebrand from Hermes UK. Its history runs from Grattan Mail Order in Bradford, Yorkshire (1974), through Parcelnet (1999, after the Grattan and Freeman’s merger), to Hermes Parcelnet Ltd (2008), Hermes UK, and then Evri. Only Hermes UK became Evri — Hermes Germany (myhermes.de, Otto Group) is a separate company and was not rebranded. Evri’s official website is evri.com. The company reports a network of 20,000+ couriers, 10,000+ ParcelShops and Lockers, and 500+ UK sites including 6 hubs and more than 25 depots, delivering over 700 million parcels per year (2023). It serves 700+ retail clients including Next, John Lewis, M&S, ASOS, Etsy, and Vinted, and Amazon made Evri an accredited Seller Fulfilled Prime carrier in May 2023.

Evri Delivery Time

Evri states delivery aims, not guarantees:

  • Standard — 2–3 working days.
  • Next Day — aims for next working day for ParcelShop/Locker drop-offs by 12pm on a weekday.
  • International Priority — 3–5 working days (9 named countries).

Common Tracking Problems and Fixes

  • Tracking number not recognized — check every character and remove accidental spaces. Confirm you used the tracking number, not a retailer order number.
  • No tracking events — the label may have been created before the parcel was handed over. Ask the sender to confirm physical handover.
  • Tracking not updating — parcels may show gaps between scans, especially around customs and handoffs. If the gap persists, ask the sender to contact Evri.
  • Delivered but not found — check the delivery photo, safe place, household members, neighbours, and reception, then contact Evri or the sender promptly.
