If you are waiting for a Unex parcel — typically a shipment from a foreign online shop like AliExpress or Joom entering Russia — you can track it right now by entering the tracking number from your marketplace order in the tracking box above. You can usually find this number on your order page, in the shipment email or in an SMS from the seller. Check the latest available shipment updates, or check the customs-clearance status in your personal account on the official Unex website using the login and password sent to you by SMS or email.
About this page: CourierTracking.com.pk is an independent tracking website and is not affiliated with Unex. The widget uses a third-party tracking service. Unex handles the shipment and customs-clearance enquiries.
Note for Pakistani readers: Unex (Юнэкс) is a Russian express customs-clearance operator for inbound marketplace parcels — not a Pakistani courier, and not the same company as UNEX Logistics in India or Unex United Express in Italy. You encounter Unex when receiving a parcel from a foreign online shop routed through Russia.
How to track your Unex shipment
- Find the tracking number on your AliExpress or Joom order page, the shipment email or an SMS — copy it exactly, do not retype it.
- Copy the number into the tracking box above. Remove any spaces added when copying it.
- Select Track and review the available status, scan dates and locations.
- If no result appears, the parcel may not yet be registered — check again later, or confirm with the seller that the number is correct and that Unex is the operator handling your parcel.
Tracking not working or parcel not received?
No tracking result: Confirm the tracking number with the seller. Note that a label-creation event is not proof of physical acceptance — the first movement scan is the stronger evidence.
Asked for passport details: Unex states that recipients of parcels not delivered by Russian Post must provide personal data (date of birth, passport series and number, issue date, tax ID) for customs clearance. Provide these only through the official personal account on unex.su using the login credentials you received — never through links in unsolicited messages.
Held at customs in Pakistan: Have your CNIC copy, order invoice and payment proof ready in case they are requested.
